When you receive an order, you'll be notified via email. Additionally, you can see all your orders by logging in and going to your "Orders".
When you're viewing a new order you have the option to "Accept order," "Edit item availability," or "Decline order."
If you have adequate stock and you'd like to fulfill the order, click, "Accept order." Once you've accepted an order, you'll input your shipment information, including tracking numbers and cost, then mark the order as shipped.
If you don't have adequate stock, but you'd like to fulfill the order, click, "Edit item availability." Learn more about how this works.
If you don't want to accept an order, click, "Decline order."
If you would like to communicate directly with the retailer, go to the order, then click "Message" next to the name of the retailer.
