If you received items that were damaged during shipment, defective, or if your order was incomplete on arrival, please contact us with the following:
- The order number and a brief description of the issue;
- A list of the missing or damaged/defective items by SKU numbers and amount; and
- Photos of the damaged/defective items.
Our brands are responsible for following up to resolve issues with damaged, defective, or missing items.
Please Note: Missing or damaged items must be reported to Abound within 2 weeks of the shipment’s arrival.
