While we take the financial risk for returns, we understand some brands also want the option to repurchase their own returns. When we receive a return from a retailer, we'll give you 72 hours to decide if you want to purchase your returned items back (at your wholesale price minus your commission rate, and we cover shipping). If you decline the repurchase offer after 72 hours, we will attempt to resell the items to retailers on the Abound platform, and if that fails, we will sell it to our closeout & liquidation partners. Our closeout & liquidation partners will not sell your product on any major e-commerce platforms, so your pricing and brand will be protected.
